If you are SERIOUS with your decision that you want to turn your life over to the Lord Jesus Christ, then pray this simple prayer. The only key is that, you mean what you are praying for:

"Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. I am sorry for my sins. Lord, I accept You as my Lord and Savior, as you died for my sins. From this day on, I will put my trust in You. Thank you for coming into my heart this very day. Amen."

Now, again, if you were serious in your prayers, then this day you are a new creature in Christ Jesus.
